Located in the heart of Andorra. The view, the location, the food and the staff are gems.

Recepcionistas falta de educación y profesionalismo .
That my husband more has a breathing apparatus..I go down to the reception and there the staff is not as cordial as when we arrived?? I had the impression to disturb!!
I ask for a room so possible larger with only a double bed in order to save space and I am told that not possible (with a very pronounced assertion ) because we already have a room with a double bed!! Now I still know how to count up to two see more!!! Another college intervenes “ Sophia “ and replies that there are other larger rooms but that not possible according to them are not ready but that moreover the rate is not the same .. more expensive!! And
She refunds us if not happy and that we go elsewhere!! It is scandalous the lack of respect ... never answer a customer who has made a day's drive to enjoy Andorra!! Moreover having worked in this field I find it scandalous!! We stayed because tired of the trip and yes 700 km .. retired now.. we only wanted to rest .. and ended up pushing the beds!! Decepción because nice very quiet hotel and well decoree .. to review
quickly the staff and their lack of experience and education!
Spare me an answer
Everything done .. because being Spanish and speaking it perfectly my language ... unambiguous .
Too bad nice hotel on any report room well decoree .. clean ..do not draw the curtains because view on a wall (we did not take the superior room just room standar!)

Very good hotel
The staff is very friendly and helpful, parking close to the hotel spacious room and clean as the whole hotel hearty and varied breakfast
Very quiet area nothing to say about our stay we will most likely return

Hotel not recommended
- No complimentary water (many hotels have been welcoming 2 bottles for years, some even 2 bottles per day and more in a 4-star hotel.
Cardboard cups in the room.
- Fixed temperature at 25 degrees in the room. You couldn't be inside or with your window open. It was said at reception and the answer was to open the window.
- Room with lack of maintenance.
Lack of cleaning.
- Breakfast (25€ per couple) we had to leave without breakfast of the lousy quality of food and drink.
-Industrial juices (nobody drank them)
-Little choice at breakfast and the hot food was icy and uncovered and focus to maintain temperature.
-Most people left everything on the plate and in the glass and did not get up or repeat.
-This hotel does not deserve to be a 4 star, not even a 3 star.
-The treatment of the entrance staff very improveable.
