Very good, new, ideally located hotel with very friendly staff and nice wellness and great food
I want to thank especially the two Maria's, Mario, Mohammed from the service, always very nice and friendly. The food is gourmet and mostly delicious. It is always possible to order extra, for example a dessert like me... Also the technical man Tibor is very nice and friendly, I talked very well with him during the infusion in the sauna. The wellness is great and very clean, like the rooms. So we liked it very much, we like to come back! Thank you all.

well located 4 star hotel
friendly welcome (no ski passes available through the hotel)
nice room (double superior) but not too big and little place in the closet, more brackets could also
no bath slippers (it says on their website)
nice spa (enough rest area, hot and normal sauna, vapor bath and duo infrared room)
very good food (but small portions which was ok for us but not for our neighbors at the table) good breakfast
bar too sober and cool (especially in winter people look for coziness and warmth)
easily accessible garage with space for large cars

Perfect family holiday at FIRSTpeak Zauchensee – highly recommended!
Due to unexpected travel circumstances we had to cancel two days at short notice, which was possible without problems and despite lack of entitlement. This flexibility saved our holiday.
Although we were there in the low season, the hotel offered us a wonderful stay. The food was excellent, and the service staff – whether at the bar or in the maid service – consisted of a motivated and always friendly young team who did an excellent job.
The hospitality was overwhelming, we can fully recommend the place. In addition, the hotel is in excellent condition. The spa is large enough to avoid each other, but not too large to lose a cozy atmosphere.
We will definitely come back!

Great room facilities... enough space even with an extra bed.
Very young, dynamic team, which is very friendly and accommodating.
