Fine for a night
Nice hotel to stay for a night in the center of Lier. Public parking garage approximately 50 meters from the hotel (€16.60 per day).
The room was a bit cold in appearance.
Well-functioning air conditioning and spacious bathroom. Beds are a bit small and not the most comfortable ever, but sufficient for a night's sleep.
Breakfast very good for a 3 star hotel.
Price-quality ratio certainly in order!

Bed bugs
I stayed at the hotel with my girlfriend for 3 nights. The man who worked at the front desk initially was very rude and hostile when I checked in, and other guests who I spoke to found similar, the lady who also worked there, to her credit, was very accommodating. On the second night we asked for a double sheet to be put on the bed so that the twin beds stayed together and following this, the morning after I woke up covered in bed bug bites and with signs of bed bugs all over the mattress and sheets (please see pictures). I informed the front desk and we were changed rooms. My girlfriend woke up the next morning and the same had happened again, she was covered in even more bites, eventually leading to us leaving the hotel altogether. The man on the front desk, seemed unbothered and hostile again about this fact, accusing us of bringing them despite neither of us having had any such issue in the weeks prior to this.
Despite the location being good and the breakfast good too, I really have had an awful experience and worry about the hygiene standards being kept at this hotel. Avoid.

Ik ga zeker niet ontkennen dat u insectenbeten heeft, maar de eerste nachten had U geen klachten.
Om dan de 3de dag te zeggen dat U die bij ons heeft opgelopen vind ik nogal kort door de bocht.
Wij worden periodiek gecontroleerd door Rentokil, ik heb deze nu gecontacteerd om een tussentijdse controle uit te voeren.
Omdat Uw management een fout gemaakt heeft met een nacht te weinig te boeken, waardoor U vroeger moest vertrekken, kan U dat ons niet kwalijk nemen.

I will certainly not deny that you have insect bites, but the first nights you had no complaints.
To then say on the 3rd day that you incurred it with us is rather short-sighted.
We are periodically checked by Rentokil, I have now contacted them to carry out an interim check.
Because your management made the mistake of under-booking one night, forcing you to leave early, you can't blame us.

Ok for 1 night
Its a ok hotel. Staff is really nice. They help you and the breakfast is good.
Bed is ok.
Room is ok but here is noise from other rooms.
Hygiëne is good in the room but not that good in the bathroom. Could be better.
Location is perfect.
For me its between 2.5 and 3 stars.

Lovely hotel
Within a few minutes walk to the town center where you can eat, sightseeing and shop. The room was black and white theme. We found it to be spacious. We found no plug points next to the bed and after looking we found under the desk counter. As the plugs are black as well as everything else it is quite hard to find. No kettle in the room is a bit disappointing for the early morning coffee before breakfast. Breakfasts was a small buffet selection but good. The staff that were on duty were friendly.

Basic but nice
This hotel meets the needs for a 3* hotel. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The spacious rooms are simply furnished (IKEA-like), clean and have a small touch of contemporary style (warm colors ...). It would be nice to have a minibar and a safe, which are missing. The private underground garage is a plus with the elevator going directly up to the hotel. The location is also very good, just walking distance to most of the restaurants.
