Improved service in the pool area

Missed a good pool service. The pool is great but the food and beverage service is very poor, it takes a long time to open and it takes a long time to get ready. In a northeastern tourist town, a good pool service is essential. Very hot without being able to drink anything until the time they start serving in the pool area; with a child becomes complicated.

Improper attention

Wonderful experience, was on holiday by the northeast, we got there without making, reservations and different from others around we got rooms, and we were super well received. Have a good breakfast. Good accommodation. And all of the staff are super polite, of the hotels I spent on these holidays was yesterday we had the best service.

Hotel well located in Aracaju.

I made a trip to work in September/24, and stayed a day at Celi. It is a reasonable hotel, I don't know why it is considered 4 stars, by my experience I consider that 3 stars is suitable, nothing more than that. It has a stunning and scented lobby but the hotel Rating should be considered as a whole, and in this case I found the room that I was quite modest. When I entered the room and went to wash my hands, I saw there was no soap, so I had to go out in the hallway and ask for a maid who was on the floor. The Wi-Fi network signal worked well. The shower was good, but when I got out of the bathroom and went to pick up the towel, I had two folds and one of them was dirty with marks of how they had cleaned the ass in the towel, and the towel in turn was not properly washed. So later I took this dirty towel and took it to the reception. The attendant immediately saw that the towel was dirty and told me that I would replace it with another clean, however, the replacement towel was not sent to my room. As I would stay only a diary I preferred not even extend this issue, but this contributed to my hotel experience was compromised. The breakfast I found good, for me it was satisfactory because I had the basic options that I usually eat, and in addition there is a copeira in the place that makes the omelet and tapioca at the time. Let’s say by way the hotel restaurant offers dishes with an excellent cost benefit, so I was surprised because the dish I ate looked like a high gastronomy dish but with an affordable price. The hotel pool is a temptation, I could not take advantage because I was in the work run but there were some people taking a leisure in the solzão that was doing. The hotel's gym is quite modest, with few options for appliances and mattresses. The hotel is close to the airport and is right in front of the Orla of Atalaia beach, you can walk to the nearest shops because the hotel is very well located. There is SESC nearby, there is a society square, there is a cartodrome, the handicraft fairs are reasonably close, you can walk from the hotel walking along the beach. In addition, application transportation can go to anywhere in the city. By the way, I was surprised by the structure of the city, I did not have much time to draw a better conclusion but it was enough to see that the city is well structured, I even went to two restaurants that are very good and I recommend them (Duetto Aracaju and Otto).

Great hotel in Aracaju

Excellent hotel on the beach avenue on the edge of Atalaia.
Cleaning staff very attentive and polite, as well as the breakfast service team, with emphasis on super competent and polite Maria.
Receptionists, ok.
Very good breakfast.
Ample room, with good bathroom.
Leisure structure, ok, with good pool and a gym.
The room needs small maintenance in moisture on the ceiling and furniture, but nothing that impedes the comfort of accommodation.

disappointment.

room with a lot of mould smell,
straw woods and bathroom with toothpaste splashes in the mirror. old towels. ordered a pasta in room service. Incomfortable: grunky pasta with cheese and some camaroes that seemed badly unfrozen to me.
manha was satisfactory, with varied options. But the fruits, which are always great in the Northeast, were green
It's a pity. I do not intend to repeat the experience and strongly discourage the hotel. Although the decoration of the lobby and restaurant maramar are good taste the hotel needs to be reformed urgently.
