It was great! Check in was smooth, parking was convenient and the location was perfect for our night out

I had a very bad experience with this particular premises and the hotel manager wrote to me asking for another chance. As the quality of breakfast was the only highlight of our stay last time, I decided to give this hotel another chance. I booked two rooms for my family and my friends. The check-in was wonderful and smooth and the front desk staff was kind, patient and knowledgeable. However, it seems that when we got into the room, the odour was a surprise. The breakfast was sharply downgraded and we were disappointed. So, I decide to strick out this hotel from my list.

I appreciated the early check-in, however, the restricted access garage usage procedures, rules and tools have NOT been clearly identified. Vacuuming is not a forte of the hotel.

It was so perfect. When I stay at the Hampton Inn I feel like the bell of the ball. I am the luckiest girl in the world.

Worse hotel experience ever

We booked 2 adjoining rooms for my family of 5. The beds are springy” and seems like they were never flipped as there is a “shape” to them. Our rooms (226 and 227) were just above the breakfast area. The chairs in this area are extremely loud and each time one is pulled or moved .. it resonates to the bedrooms. It’s an easy and inexpensive fix to add felt to the chairs so they don’t scrape against the floor. There was constant movement of these chairs throughout the night making it difficult to sleep.
On a positive note - it was New Year’s Eve- guests were coming in with speakers and booze.. I was worried they would be the loud ones BUT they were quiet once they returned from their festivities.
I have stayed at this hotel in the past and if my travels bring me back.. I’ll make sure we are not on the second floor.
