Thank you for choosing us during your birthday trip. We truly value the opportunity to be a part of such a special occasion. We take potential issues very seriously, especially regarding the comfort and safety of our guests. After two weeks of thorough investigation, including two separate inspections of the guestroom, no evidence of bed bug activity—such as droppings, eggs, or live or dead bugs—was found.
Both inspection reports, including the initial assessment immediately after your departure and a follow-up two weeks later, confirm these findings. We have sent both of these reports from our pest control company to you for your reference.
Having said this, we always strive to ensure that every guest enjoys a comfortable and worry-free stay. Even though our findings show no activity, we don’t want you to feel uneasy. If there’s anything more we can do to make this right, please don't hesitate to contact us directly.

The TV remote wasn’t working and my husband went downstairs and they gave him a different one which wasn’t working either which wasn’t a huge deal for us as we never really watch TV anyway.
Important to know too is that this Holiday Inn does not offer breakfast.
I thought I had booked a hotel with breakfast included but must have misread or just assumed all Holiday Inns do. There’s a restaurant adjacent to the Hotel that offer breakfast and you get a 10% discount from the hotel to use towards a breakfast purchase.
