Where to start ... You arrive at be received then you may immediately continue to the next hotel which then finally sends you to the parking lot 3,5 days for 75,00€ the parking lot is located on the public road where everyone has access .. The barriers are not lifted automatically but they have to call the hotel number 2 for a fee to see what happens .. The wellness area unfortunately .. small sauna where max. 2 people pure the pool can only be used in midsummer as the water is freezing cold .. Eating in the restaurant .. Breakfast there was every day the same cake stood on arrival as on departure .. Dinner for a 4 star hotel very mau .. Schnitzel with fries .. Drinks cost you extra !! the staff in the restaurant don't speak English like German .. The rooms are oke .. On the whole very disappointed from the hotel for me max 2 stars and no 4.

Our hotel is located in a spa area where parking is generally difficult, but our colleagues will still provide our guests with the nearest possible parking space, which is subject to a fee. The temperature in the pool corresponds to the maximum permitted amount by the regional hygiene station, ranging between 28 and 29 degrees. You can check the temperature using a thermometer located by the pool. At breakfast, a cake is available every day, which we change. Such as chocolate, strawberry and apple. The evening buffet contained: 3 types of meat, 2 types of fish, 4 side dishes, 4 salads, variations of cheese and salami, soup, 4 types of pastries, fruit and vegetables, 5 kinds of pastry. Drinks such as champagne, juices, water and coffee are free. The rest is charged. Best regards, the management of the Olympia Hotel.

The hotel: This hotel is at most three stars, and that's not a fact.
The rooms: Dirty. The toilet is not cleaned. Candy wrappers behind bedside tables and chair. Ashtray on the balcony with cigarette butts, not cleaned by previous occupants. And we do not smoke.
The telephone is covered in dust and has not been cleaned for a long time. The bed is white with stains, which is unacceptable for a four-star hotel.
During the three days we stayed, the towels were never changed and the room was not cleaned.
Food: Breakfast is the same every day. Coffee? You can't drink it. It's terrible.
The beans in tomato sauce came with tongs and a holey spoon. Good question, what do you put in it? See photo. The staff still think this is quite normal.
I wonder by what standards they have judged this hotel!
Dinner: Here we are. Everywhere was empty. There was hardly any food. Shock! The staff delivered food with angry faces. There was almost no choice. We were followed by people who had waited a long time for at least some food to arrive. Used napkins were exchanged for fresh ones. Dirty forks, spoons. Skatreti all stained. The service is terrible. No one offers drinks. Staff absent.
Staff: treated with disrespect. They are rude.
Sauna: Sauna with pool. Noisy. Always screaming children. It is impossible to have a normal rest. Disastrously few benches for the whole hotel. Towels and sheets have never been. At the request to bring, even with you and not polite treat. After the sauna one shower for all, the second next to it closed. No water to drink. Yes, and in general there was nothing at all.
In general, we have never been on holiday in a worse hotel.

Christmas Eve with 2 small children sent away despite reservation
We had already made a reservation for Christmas in November and unfortunately were unable to check in on Christmas Eve because the basement was flooded. When we arrived there was no electricity, water or heating. The restaurant was closed and we had booked half board for 2 days. The flooding was certainly not the hotel's fault but we arrived from Berlin on Christmas Eve with 2 small children and at 2 p.m. we were told that nothing could be done for us as the stay had not yet been paid for. Although the problem had been known since the morning, we were not warned in advance by phone or email. We were only told when we arrived that we had to find another hotel ourselves, which was of course very difficult on Christmas Eve. No alternative booking was offered, even though this chain includes other hotels in Karlovy Vary, nor were we helped to find another hotel. They could have at least called for us, if only because of the language. In the end, we found an alternative on Booking.com ourselves, which cost twice as much and we had to arrange dinner ourselves, as the new hotel did not offer half board. We wandered through Karlovy Vary in the rain on Christmas Eve with a baby and a child, as everything was already full. So Christmas was pretty much over for us. Curiously, after we were literally sent away from the hotel and I had already booked and paid for another hotel, I was sent an email from another hotel in the chain (20 km from Karlovy Vary) where I was asked to check in without comment. We asked at the hotel and they could not explain why. We also subsequently asked reception 3 times to confirm in writing that we could not check in due to the water damage and that the reservation had therefore been canceled. After all, there was no official notification about the flooding, only a verbal notification from the lady at reception. That was not possible either. I just hope that we will not be charged for the stay after all.
