"Paper"house with big and unclean windows

The hotel was generally clean except for example windows. The shower did not work, there was no hairdryer. The walls are so thin, that You are going to be able to hear everything through them. And when I say everything, I really mean everything . And when your neighbours decide not to sleep at night, so should you! The staff thou, was very friendly and nice. But if forigners in Chile are not bound to pay 19% extra for taxes, then in this hotel it did not matter, they make you pay the additional 19 % anyway.

It leaves a lot to be desired...

No air conditioning and slow internet are obvious annoyances. Acoustic isolation is very bad; from my room I could hear clearly every noise in the hallway, the next room, and even in the reception desk. Also, management seemed to be poorly organized. They had no record of my payment and looked puzzled when I sent to them a copy of the bank transfer... almost as if they had never seen such a receipt, which felt really weird. The surroundings in the compound are not very nice, looking as being still in development, while the access is generally not convenient. The hotel staff does not have information of affordable taxi services, which I found on my own... As a positive the rooms are large and it looks clean, but this is not a place I look forward to come back to.

A horrible place

Dirty, untidy and very, very basic- dont waste your money here!
The rooms are dirty, towels are old- bed is uncomfortable- staff ignore passengers- they send u to breakfast at the Marbella Resort and frankly- it is nothing like a resort, breakfast is not better than a hostel- a country w delivious sweet summer fruit offers a bad variety of it- scrambled eggs from a bag, etc... 5 stars should feel insulted by this place!

Rip off. Go somewhere else

Don't come here. The rates are ridiculous for what you get. The place is a 10-15 minute drive from the beach, has no views of anything except construction, very mediocre breakfast, and a pool you would never use, since you have access to the primary resort pool. It looks like this building was formerly used for something else and they just converted it into a hotel to take advantage of a relatively small supply of hotels in the area.
We've been travelling for two months around Chile and Argentina and this is the worst value for money we've found. Stay somewhere else up or down the coast - there are many nice beaches and better places to stay with actual views and beaches in walking distance.

Green en Marbella hotel

this is in the middle of now where. They said it had a view of the ocean; true,,,if you go around the corner and look hard, really hard. No access to ocean. Construction still happening in this complex, even though this place is old. I think they are still trying to turn an old area into a viable business. There is a golf course. Rooms are clean, it was quiet as nobody else was there. No bar or restaurant, no amenities. No signage to find the place.
