Goed!
Het ontbijt was erg lekker en goed, net weer iets anders dan bij de meeste hostels.
Echter is het hotel in een ruige buurt gelegen dus in de avond niet alleen de straat op.
Helaas was de kamer erg gehorig. En gelegen naast een drukke weg. Dus je bent wel vroeg wakker.

OK place to stay if willing to put up with neighborhood
The problem is that if they give you a place that is by a window, the noise from cars is unbearable until 1-2 in the morning and it starts again at 4-5 in the morning. So, you don't have much time to rest.
Another problem is that the room is extremely small, unless u pick a place with a window - but then, the noise from horns and cars won't let you sleep.
I gave 3 stars to this place because the service is excellent. Workers are very interested in you feeling comfortable. They answer your questions and go the extra mile to please you or meet your needs. Breakfast is the same everyday (either arepa with scrambled eggs, sandwich with ham, or bread.

Boa estrutura, mas péssimo serviço e localização perigosa.
Os funcionários são fracos e sem educação, sem exceção.
O café da manhã incluso no pacote não é buffet e vc pode escolher apenas uma opção. Essa informação não foi repassada e tivemos que arcar com os custos dos pedidos que fizemos.
Pedimos um táxi para o porto marítimo e nos mandaram para o aeroporto. O taxista disse que a culpa era do hotel e numa ligação telefônica o hotel se eximiu da responsabilidade e para não perder o horário do navio, tive que pagar outra viagem de taxi, sendo que o aeroporto e o porto marítimo estão em extremidades opostas de Cartagena.
A localização é péssima e não recomendo, pois é necessário taxi para qualquer deslocamento, tanto pela distância, como pela segurança. O bairro Prado é extremamente pobre, possui um mercadão e é mal frequentado.
Tive uma péssima estadia e ainda bem que ficamos somente 1 dia nesse hotel. Não recomendo.
