A beautiful sea view, relaxing sound of the waves, peaceful walks, comfy beds, pool, sauna & steam, friendly staff.
You can walk to The Infinite Bridge, Marselisborg Deer Park and Marselisborg Castle.
Bus ride to city Aarhus takes only 10 min.
Staff are friendly, helpful and professional.
Specious room, comfortable beds, balcony with a sea view.
Pool, sauna, steam and gym are available.
The breakfast was delicious, plenty of choices and served with fresh bread.
There is coffee machine available all day long (coffee, hot chocolate and teas) as complimentary.
It was a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure.
I would definitely stay here again.

Worn and very sparsely hotel
There were no morning clothes, towels or slippers included. so it resulted that we switched in the spa area, there were no towels again in the spa area, and you can not lock your belongings inside the store it stands free.
Then remember a morning jacket and extra towels from home and a drinking pot for the spa, there was no water to drink after a trip in the sauna, and the sauna was not as hot as hoped, about 60-70 degrees.

Først og fremmest beklager vi meget at værelset var koldt og lugtede under jeres ophold, det er bestemt ikke vores sædvanlige standard, og det skal vi gøre bedre!
Morgenkåber, håndklæder og tøfter kan altid efterspørges i receptionen, dog har vi kun et vist antal morgenkåber, så de kan ikke altid garanteres. Til gengæld giver vi denne service gratis til alle vores gæster, hvor mange hoteller tager betaling for det.
For at kunne sikre, at poolens værdier er stabile, må man ikke have drikkevare med i poolområdet. Dog er det selvfølgelig okay at have en drikkedunk med i omklædningsrummet.

Great location - sea view and lovely staff.
The reception welcoming with smiles and extremely good guidance.
Room super! Nice bed linen - large bathroom - really good shower!!
Great view!
Dinner at the restaurant DESVÆRRE NO GO! Operation lazy no overview sat long and waited ....even practice when now we had started so well! The food tasted nothing: got pork...
Really delicious breakfast buffet.
We will come again because of the location but also because of the people who are in the reception

Det er super skønt, at i har haft et dejligt ophold, hvor i har nydt af den smukke udsigt, god service, komfortabelt værelse og lækker morgenmad. Vi er glade for, at i ønsker at komme igen, på trods af skuffelse i aften restauranten. Vi beklager meget den sløve betjening og manglende smag, det tager vi med videre til korrekt afdeling, så vi kan forbedre os.
Vi ser frem til at byde jer velkommen igen en anden gang :D

Practice
I must admit that we were reasonably disappointed to have driven 3 hours to the Helnan Marselis Hotel. We arrive on Friday at 17:00 and would like to book a table for the evening it can not be done as there is no room. For breakfast you could not get seats (we were 3 couples away) so we had to sit in the sofas out in the reception. Saturday night when we get back from town we sit down and will have a drink in the couch in the reception table floating with bottles and empty glasses we ask an employee if she can rip the table for us she looks at us as if we are from another planet ( luckily there came then a cute young lady from the reception who had heard us ask the waiter, and cleaned the table in a hurry.
The hotel seems worn and old, but has a great location.

Vi er meget glade for jeres feedback, omend den ikke er udelukkende positiv.
Vi lytter selvfølgelig til jeres mening og oplevelse af jeres besøg.
Vi vil gerne starte med at sige at det er beklageligt at I ikke har følt jer lyttet til og hørt, da I henvendte jer til personalt i restauranten. Det kan vi absolut ikke være stolte af, og tager til os til videre forbedring.
Mht. vores restaurant, så er denne yderst velbesøgt. Derfor skriver vi også på vores hjemmeside, at vi anbefaler man laver en reservation på forhånd. Vi håber naturligvis at vi en anden gang har plads til jer, så I kan nyde en lækker middag hos os!
Vi ønsker jer en rigtig dejlig dag, og takker igen for jeres feedback.
