Personal service makes our mistake a wonderful experience for life!
We are met on the steps by the owner who does not know we are coming. Why? We have booked accommodation in September and now it is October.
No problem. Let's go to Maribo for dinner. When we get home, newly made beds with mangled sheets and fresh rooms are waiting. The fire is burning in the fireplace in Kongerummet where we offer locally produced beer and wine and royal history. We “behave” and sleep well. In the morning the table is beautifully set with a good breakfast that has everything we need. Juice, coffee, tea, good bread, butter jam, eggs, cheese, sausages, muesli and yoghurt. The smiling host is always nearby to give us the service we need. The hotel takes card payment and we leave Hotell Lolland with a smile after receiving apples as a food. Many thanks, the owner made my mistake a lovely experience and memory for life.
