Excellent location before a Galapagos cruise tour
Make sure to try the local food restaurant which is packed with delicious options. Concierge service is available 24/7 and if you ask at arrival they might get you an upgrade like they did with us.

Regarding the pool area, we are currently undergoing maintenance to enhance our commitment to providing exceptional service. We appreciate your feedback on the room service process and will thoroughly review it to identify areas for improvement.
During your stay, there was a holiday period during which guests had the option to opt for a value-added tax (VAT) discount. We acknowledge that this process may potentially causing confusion. We will ensure that such options are clearly communicated in the future.
