Mr. Filippo at the front desk was incredibly helpful. He not only assigned me a lovely room with a terrace but also provided excellent recommendations for nearby attractions, making my first day of a 13-day journey truly special. His courteous demeanor and willingness to assist were very much appreciated.
The hotel's location is perfect, just a short walk to the city center and attractions, with everything you need right across the street. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very good and central
The reception is friendly and efficient and the services offered are always very professional.
The room is basic, but super comfortable and of a good size. The bed could be a little "higher" just, but the quality of sleep is great. Excellent bathroom.
Breakfast also found basic, but delicious.
Overall, a great choice for those looking for a central hotel in Zurich.
