Low level hotel in Dubai
When I called the hotel they said that it was fully booked now. To put a family like that in such a bad situation because of greed makes me wonder if this hotel really have the right qualifications to represent the Marriott chain.
I will report Donald Duck & Co to the Marriott chain head office.

Thank you for taking the time to give us your valuable feedback relating to your recent booking you made with us.
After carefully reviewing the rate rules of the mentioned pre-paid booking, we have found out that while charging the credit card you used to secure the reservation it got declined.
Therefore, as per the rate rules a confirmation would only be given on the basis of a valid credit card and prepayment is required, if payment is unsuccessfully received, hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
We would like to extend our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
