The room was clean and in good condition, however the TV was nor working. The outside door does not have pin to the wall so it was noise against the door upon wind blowing.

WORST HOTEL. DO NOT BOTHER GOING THERE.

Hopeless service and filthy rooms. We were told the room was clean on arrival…but all they did was change the sheets and give the room out…floor was filthy...looks like the maid left in the middle of her cleaning because there was detergent spilled on parts of the floor (as if she was about to mop)..mind you…the place wasn’t even swept as there was hair lying visibly on the floor and dust and rubbish piled at the entrance of the back door.
When we took it up with reception..the maid claimed she had “cleaned the room already” so we had to bring her to the room to show her the dump. So then, they relocated us to another room (upstairs…where we had to move all our stuff to…and with kids, that’s exhausting! We get to the room, the AC and Fan were both not working.
Went back to reception and they wanted to relocate us to another room!!!
Now, at this point, we were so tired, and so were the kids…because almost 2 hours was spent just going back and forth trying to sort all this room drama. Very inconvenient!!!! THE HOTEL LICENSING BOARD SHOULD LOOK INTO THIS KINDA HOTELS AND THE PRICES THEY ARE CHARGING FOR A SH*TSHOW AS THIS!!!!!

Noisy and dated budget hotel/motel.

Budget hotel/motel. Close to airport runway so plane noise is very loud. When we arrived were told our room was flooded so we were moved to another room. There was no TV remote, and when we did get a remote the TV didn't work. There was no hot water in the room, raised it with staff but there was no rush to fix it. On first morning we went down for breakfast, and staff member wanted to send it to our room rather than us sit downstairs to eat. Included breakfast was porridge, 1 fruit, and tuna toasted sandwiches. Upstairs floor was uneven and noisy to walk on. No soundproofing in room, you could hear people downstairs and in rooms next to you. Beds were uncomfortable. The final straw was the smell of sewerage coming from our bathroom. Staff were not very helpful. We left after a few days before the end of our booked stay, and relocated to another hotel. Some of the photos online seem to have been taken quite some time ago.

First there Family villa advertisements says it was gonna provide 2 double beds plus 6 twin beds to cater for 10 people. However upon check in, we were told it was 2 double beds with only 4 twin beds, other 2 was just couch beds.
No microwave was provided. Frying pan was given instead but a day after.
Service was slow.
Upon giving them laundry, they said $15 per load. Once load was given to them, they said it was too much clothes they will charge another $30.

Absolutely disgraceful, disgusting, and no respect for customers, all the staff always sitting in the front lounge not doing anything accept one or two, even breakfast is below standard. Lot many issues, I can’t write. Absolutely wastage of money.
