Sense of customer service to review
Chronology of our stay:
Day 1 late in the evening: Arrival, our toilet does not flush.
Day 2: We announce the problem. It's a public holiday and there appears to be no plumber available unfortunately. No solution proposed.
Day 3: It's no longer a public holiday but still no solution offered.
Day 4: We check out, leave the vehicle near the hotel and go for a coffee in the village. When picking up the vehicle and before hitting the road again, I had a pressing desire. The owner told me that once the room was paid, it was no longer possible to access the toilets (from reception to the ground floor), and that “we were no longer part of the hotel” . At first I thought it was a joke (which certainly would have been in bad taste), especially given the situation described above, but it was serious.

1: la chasse d'eau coulait mais le wc fonctionnait
2: j'ai essayé trouvé une solution mais je n'ai pas eu accès à la chambre pour un temps assez long pour réparer.
3: je vous en ai fais part.
4: oh la la la France ne travaille pas les jours férié ni les wek end, mais dans quel monde vie t on!!!!!
5: et oui les artisans prennent des Week end.
6: bizarre, je suis venir vous voir à la piscine, et cela ne vous dérangeait pas plus que cela.
7: donc, vous avez quitté l'hôtel, vous êtes partis, la porte était fermé, nous sommes d'accord. vous êtes entré par effraction avec l'utilisation du code de nuit. mais de quel droit vous autorisez vous à entrer chez les gens sans autorisation.
8: allons nous parler de l'état de la chambre que vous avez laisser, non pas la peine.
9: alors quand on veut laisser des commentaires comme le votre, on balaye devant sa porte avant.

The rooms are very good, clean and well equipped.
The swimming pool in a very well maintained garden.
