A haven of peace!
The dinner at the Cooperative (we had chosen 4 courses) delighted us: a succession of surprises all more tasty and singular.
The calm of the place to which the decoration and layout of the space contribute a lot made our short stay a perfect moment. The spa break was something of a crowning achievement! Thanks.

Disappointing price/quality ratio for this gastro dinner + hotel box
The building in an old vat is superb
Some explanations about the history of the place would have been welcome
The rooms are very nice and comfortable bedding
On the other hand the dinner was disappointing
Everything was good but the portion of the main course was too small
The soup arrived barely warm
The descriptions of the dishes were very rough
Moreover, nothing highlighted the green star with local and short circuit products
As for the breakfast, the gourmet buffet was really very limited (far from worth 20€)
It is understandable that between the holidays there are fewer staff.
In this case, we would have to adapt the offer and the rates because the service was not up to what we paid
Special mention to the sommelier (Florian?) who held the service and breakfast at arm's length

Super quiet
The view is very nice and unobstructed
It is a beautiful building
Rooms are spacious, modern and the lottery comfortable
Only small downside, the parking is quite small compared to the hotel and is not covered or closed
