We had two rooms, one standard and one executive and really there was little to choose between them, other than a little more space. Our rooms were on the second floor and it meant a two flight walk up, I'm not sure that there is a lift, perhaps in the other wing, so worth checking if stairs are an issue. Both had good shower rooms and we all slept well.
A buffet breakfast was on offer and the receptionist offered to cook a choice of eggs for us all. This hotel used to have a notable restaurant but a change of ownership (and Covid) means that there is no longer an evening meal option. The hotel seemed very quiet for a Friday evening but it was mid March.
The hotel has a private car park about 200m away but it looked more secure parking on the street directly in front of the hotel. We would be happy to stay again.

When we booked we understood thar the hotel had a restaurant, It was no longer functioning.
