Not a bad sleep, but...
I therefore do not recommend it for its star rating. This hotel deserves a major facelift because it looks great on the outside, but on the inside it's quite the opposite.

Nice surprise is the restaurant in the hotel which is great as is the bar.
Also surprising is it is next door to a Roman amphitheater

Good hotel, excellent restaurant
The staff and management where amazingly helpful and supportive with a personal crisis we had to deal with and I could not thank them enough. The service and attention received at Hotel de France should not be over looked. We will definitely Re visit the hotel and especially the restaurant.
