Great stay!
We even got a hotel taxi booked back to airport which was extremely reasonable and was in top condition. Very happy.
The hotel is very close to the mall which is great and also some restaurants. We had pizza at a close by restaurant which was so good. The station is very close and trains are great to travel to the city centre.
Overall very happy with service and especially the location of the hotel.

It's also wonderful to hear that our breakfast delighted your palate with lovely crepes and that the dining experience at our restaurant Le George, although with limited vegetarian options, met your expectations.
However, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you faced with the heating. We understand how important a warm and cozy environment is, especially after a day out in the cold. We are glad that our team was able to provide a separate heater to improve your comfort.
Nonetheless, we're pleased that our staff were helpful and informative, and that you found our hotel taxi service to be reasonably priced and of high quality. The proximity of L'Élysée Val d'Europe to the mall, various dining options and the convenience of the nearby station seem to have contributed positively to your overall experience. We take pride in our prime location, in the heart of Val d’Europe, offering easy access to Disneyland Paris and the Val d’Europe shopping centre.
