Avoid!
We stayed there because it was close to our relatives' apartment, I didn't expect much, but it was still worse than I thought!
"Reception" was poorly lit, with stack up tables and chairs and cardboard boxes, more like a warehouse and a bit scary really. The rooms were in the nearby building, an old apartment with old furniture and carpets. No carpet in the room though (only cheap laminate), broken tiles in the bathroom, and lots of hair in the bed sheets. We could hear everything from the other rooms and the corridor, as walls were very thin.
I wish I had something good to say, but apart from the location and the fact that the price was better than nearby hotels (although I would happily pay more now to avoid Hotel Pension Spree!) there was nothing.
Avoid if you can.

Option for a sleep not more
We've chosen this location because of the situation and read nice feedback on booking. So, the location is probably one thing which was good.
I stayed few times in hostels with a bathroom for few rooms, but this location is just awful.
The bathroom is supposed to be used by at least 5 rooms (about 10 people or so). The bathroom is ONLY ONE!!! And it should be closed on a key, just imaging you're going to the toilet with a key. At least we were lucky and it wasn't fully booked, so we hadn't wait long. There's a basin in a room also, at least good to brush teeth.
Everything is very old and renovation is needed.
One more unpleasant thing: no kettle or free tea - first time I had it during my traveling.
The bed was pretty small for 2 people, so a good sleep is also not an option.
We didn't order a breakfast, can't say anything about it.

BEDBUGS!
We were supposed to stay in this hotel from July 17 to 19, however, on our first night we found out that there were bedbugs EVERYWHERE, even on the walls. We had to leave a bit before midnight and look for another hotel, which was almost impossible to find. Next morning we came back to the hotel and they were less than sympathetic and at first they didn't want to reimburse us, after a lot of arguing with the rudest receptionist ever, she agreed to reimburse the cost of the reservation. Please stay away unless you want to be bitten by bedbugs

Horrible Stay
We stayed in this hotel for 6 nights and I should say it was terrible. Didn't like anything about this awful pension. I don't understand why they bring the term hotel in the name of these properties, while they have nothing to do with that. Could not get a good one night sleep there because we heard noise of people passing the corridor late at night. I don’t know how 560 Euros for a double room is good value of money in such a property. It was like ghost house and there were several times, I found a big spider on my pillow. The walls and doors are so thin and rusty, you could hear everything from the outside and other rooms. As you walk into this pension, there is a sign that says they don't accept the responsibility of any theft!!! This was a very bad first impression. They change the towels every four days and as we were surprised and had our towels dirty already, they said it's their rule and they did even forgot their own rule and changed ours after 5 days after we reminded them to do so. The service was really poor and the staff were really unfriendly and whenever you asked them to do something they asked for money!!! Once we asked them to print our check in for the flights and they asked for 50 cents per paper. I think the staff didn’t know their duties and you had to even ask for the basic things like hair dryer, changing the towels even after 4 days, etc. I strongly suggest avoiding this place.

Horrrribleeeeeee experience
Didn't like anything about this pension. I don't understand why they bring the term hotel in the name of these properties, while they have nothing to do with a hotel. Could not get a good one night sleep there and please why do you mislead us with your ratings. I chose this pension because of a rate of a 7.1 on booking and God!! this was not what I expected and how 560 Euros for a double room is good value of money in such a property. (I stayed in Rome and Paris in properties with way lower budget and they were perfect)There were several times, I found a big spider on my pillow, also on my colleagues'. The walls and doors are so thin and rusty, you could hear everything form the outside and other rooms. As you walk into this pension, there is a sign that says they don't accept the responsibility of any theft!!! Is that a joke?!!! I will even upload a photo of that. They change the towels every four days and as we were surprised and had our towels dirty already, they said it's their rule and did not change them, they did even forgot their own rule and changed ours after 5 days. Last thing to add, if you're choosing to stay here, you might end up having another guest knocking on your door at 10.00 PM, freaking you out to death, just because you're two girls alone and he wants to show off and exchange business cards. That is the kind of experience you can expect. I strongly believe that such a property should not be represented in Booking.com with a rate of 7.
