Excellent location, great staff and breakfast

Good value, excellent area.
Decent breakfast included, very helpful staff but best is the location, 10 min walk from Maxvorstadt and quieter area away from all the crowds. Maxvorstadt itself has excellent bars and cafes and lake but cheaper, relaxed vibe vs Marienplatz. Highly recommend for good value decent hotel

Best In Munich
The first night review:
Small quite room, but very well used , very clean and very comfortable warmer in toilet lighting is convenient with free fast stable wifi, I was very happy with room
Reception are very polite and welcoming , top breakfast and nicely served by mohamed ,Natalie and other team members who are really great
Close to underground quite area full of restaurants
I would definitely come back soon

Clean and quiet room
The staff was very polite and helpful and just a pleasure to interact with.
Our room while small was extremely clean and very quiet. I'm a extremely light sleeper but I wasn't disturbed once.
The windows opened which I enjoyed. If you have small children do keep in mind that they do not have screens.
There is no air conditioning which certainly wasn't an issue in April however it might be in Summer. There was a fan in the room though.
Breakfast had a good selection of items and the cappuccinos were a nice touch.
It's unfortunate that they do not have an in room coffee maker because if you're an early riser there isn't a cafe or convenience store open nearby and you have to wait for breakfast.
It is time to replace the mattresses as they were uncomfortable however there was a very nice comforter.
The shower takes a long time to heat up/ cool down so turn it on and adjust it to your desired temperature before you get in.
If I get the opportunity to return to Munich I'd definitely stay here again.
