I had booked the Little Timeout, with breakfast and 4 course dinner and 2 nights.
The service and the food I will highly praise. The wellness area is also nice.There is water tea and fruit as well as nuts for free which is really nice. The breakfast was good and the dinner very delicious.
Cons: I had a single room, we should say this, old baking dark furniture, old carpet, old bathroom, I didn't feel comfortable at all. Didn't even want to go to the room. How can you charge so much money for something like that?

Enchanting Village Resort by the Lake.
Wonderful fairytale book architecture on the outside, with a luxury wellness resort on the inside.
Sadly, no AC. When i brought this up with the less than friendly staff, i received little sympathy. Yes, i don't think we saw a single staff member smile once.
The breakfast room was gorgeous. Unfortunately we had to pay 25 Euro each for breakfast, so it wasn't included in our stay.
But their private beach at the lake was heavenly, their salt room was rejuvenating, and their other spa amenities satisfying.
Just don't expect much hospitality from the staff.
Still, we can't wait to return!

we had booked the stay for 4 people on New Year's Eve. After check-in we could not sit in the integrated cafe because it was completely crowded. When we finally had a seat after a 30 minute wait, we were only served after another 20 minutes.
In the evening we were assigned a wrong seat in the restaurant and there it was so loud that you could hardly talk. When the menu was then served, vegetarian guests were served the wrong menu. For the vegetarian menu there was not Amalia a menu at the table so you could not see what was coming.
In the room for people with disabilities, the attachment for the toilet support was loosely mounted.
After paying attention to all these points at the reception, there was no further reaction except an “excuse me but mistakes happen”.
On departure I was also charged 200€ too much. After all, this could then be quickly corrected.
Honestly, despite the very nice location, this hotel is not worth its money.
Too many mistakes are made here to allow the guests a nice stay and you are consistently annoyed by the many things that are really wrong here.
