Forgotten personal belongings never seen again
On my last visit I forgot an expensive perfume and my shaver in the room. I noticed it the next day at home. Instead of the hotel calling and letting me know, I had to follow up myself, was not bad now.
But already on the call they said that there was no perfume there was only the shaver, of course what do you want with a shaver without charging cable. Then I was asked to pay the service fee and the shipping, which I did.
What can I say, I still haven't received my shaver after 1 month despite inquiries.
