Best service in this hotel experience by me and my friends , food ade rooms are excellent ,best staffs and their service

So nice service ,very good food ,so friendly service prime location .very fast service . Rooms are hygiene and foods staffs behaviour is too friendly specially Sameer , price Sahil and Jaya ,tey are too helpful for me best stay by me and friends

Lovely stay , relaxing rooms ,staffs are very supportive , luxurious hotel in patna,Feel like home ,Rooms are hygienic .

Best luxurious hotel in patna, I've enjoyed service , highly experienced staffs, food was amazing , Staffs are very suggestive ,Mr.Ajay's polite way of talking and provided transport facility, that makes my visit very comfortable , reception staffs Sameer and Jaya they are very suggestive,helping and active.
When ever I'll come in patna I'll choose this hotel and suggest me friends.

A Good Hotel

We stayed there for more than a week with family.Hotel is on prime location in Danapur .staffs are very accommodating. They upgraded my room even.better directly book with them as the travel sites doesn't show their correct room type.

Good Hotel for Stay but requires better coordination among staff/Managers

I had booked 13 Rooms and one big Hall for marriage purpose on 5/12/2021 through Mrs. Sanjay Jain, Manager. I would like to thank Chef of this Hotel who had prepared a very good food. Mr. Sanjay Jain is a very cooperative and decent fellow. Being a good hotel, I had more expectations but found gross miscommunication among the Room Services Staff and others. Despite booking long back, hue and cry was created at Reception when our guest reached . Though, I had requested them to provide the rooms at 12 o'clock i.e. before reaching our guests so that we can manage them according to our requirements. But unable to provide on time saying rooms are still occupied and will take time. Finally, they provided the rooms one by one after heated deliberations. No senior level officer except Mr. Jain came there to help us out. But, I would appreciate the patience of Mr. Jain who finally manage the things and cooperated with us till our function completed. I was also surprised with the behaviour of Mr. Ashutosh Singh who misbehaved with our guests and me also despite the fact that he was not concerned with our functions. Sorry to say that he truly let down the reputation of Hotel. But still, I will recommend this place as the food quality is superb and junior staff are very cooperative. I would also request the management to please review the coordination issue among the staff and do not allow any body to misbehave with the guest who pay a huge amount to organize their functions. Thanks

Speciily thanks to restaurant staff for memorable stay

Nice location,nice hotel and comfortable stay.all staff was well trained and well groomed.food was awesome teste, specially pizz was delicious and morning breakfast was very attractive and testy . I would like to visit again.thank you .
