Front Desk was friendly, even got an upgrade. Room was spacious, especially the balcony view. Street foods is just round the corner, Even near to Pasar Senin

First and last to stay at Rivoli.
Staying on 3-4 October 2024 . Just checked in, the room's plenty of spot on bed and pillows. The bathroom is full of crust and not cleaned..
The room feels dusty and the air conditioning is not cold, after checking out to go home instead to the doctor due to dust and dirty allergies.
Staff are less enthusiastic and passionate about working. His hospitality minus much.
When the breakfast area is used for the staff morning briefing meeting, it should be an internal meeting in a closed room, the presentation of white milk or fresh milk should be presented cold, dishes and glasses are dirty, and the menu of white rice is as dry as yesterday's rice.

Very friendly staff. Only positive note of the hotel.
Rooms with dusty smell, dirty bathroom, bloodstained sheets and small cockroaches everywhere; after half an hour we were there we prepared and left the room

Just choose another hotel
Very disappointed with this hotel. I've only ever stayed in a 3 star hotel like this, the price for a standard room was around 300, room number 301 (2 Hollywood twin beds) and 500,000 for room no 319 (for a room containing 3 single beds).
1. I ordered a NON SMOKING ROOM for both rooms, but they gave me 1 smoking room in room number 301. I asked to move rooms (in fact I was asked if the room was already being used? And suggested that the room window to the balcony be opened. I answered that the toilet was already being used) but there are no other non-smoking rooms available (which means from the start they didn't admit that they were providing a SMOKING ROOM, then why ask "is the room already used?") The second solution was that the receptionist offered to bring air freshener but waited until check out, no one came at all .
2. I called the receptionist to borrow a spoon at number 0, but was told to call 666 at the kitchen/housekeeping department itself and the receptionist to borrow the spoon. The conditions in the room are not even provided with a teaspoon. Then the answer from 666, whether the kitchen/HK department, was that they couldn't lend me any spoons. DOES THIS NOT MAKE SENSE?
3. I called the receptionist at around 10 pm to borrow a hairdryer, he said it would be delivered to the room. I waited until 12 o'clock at night but it didn't come. I called again at 12 at night, he said it would be delivered. But still not delivered until the next morning. Then in the morning at 6.30 I went down to the receptionist myself. Then he said, you can borrow it for 1 HOUR ONLY and it will still be delivered to your room, I can't wait at the reception to get it. When the hairdryer was delivered it DID NOT TURN ON AT ALL! I called the receptionist and told them that I was promised to bring a hairdryer from the evening but it didn't come until morning. When I got it in the morning, I was given one that didn't work. Then the receptionist answered, "The housekeeping department just informed me that the hairdryer was out of stock" THEN WHY FROM YESTERDAY NIGHT WAS TOLD TO WAIT TO BRING A HAIRDRYER?!
4. I woke up at 6 am because my whole body was bitten by mosquitoes! I couldn't sleep anymore because it turned out there were lots of mosquitoes under the bed.
Honestly, the price of this hotel is not the cheapest, right?! I chose it because the photos were pretty good and the location was close to the next place I was going to. DO NOT BE FOOLED! This hotel really needs a lot of renovation, starting from the building to the service.
However, if the service is ok, I won't mind the ugly building.
