Very nice resort off the beaten path
Our unit, 1002, was very nice. The bedroom had a king-size bed attached to a foyer, that was a little kitchen. The kitchen had a microwave and a mini fridge and a sink. It had a very nice porch with a table chair and a couch. The bathroom was very spacious with a very nice rainfall shower.
The room had a closet, a few drawers and cubbyholes if you want to unpack your suitcase.
The location is great if you want a short ride to and from the airport. It takes a 40 minute drive to Road Town and about 50 minutes to get to Cane Garden Bay. It was an hour drive to the West End to get our ferry to Jost Van Dyke. We had a rental car for our four days on Tortola. We used Jerry’s Car Rental. We picked it up at the airport and were able to drop it off at their location at the West End. And then they drove us 10 minutes to the ferry terminal. There’s plenty of parking by each unit.
We had breakfast and two dinners at the Turtle restaurant. The food and service were always very good. The conch fritters are the best on the island. John, the bartender, was very accommodating on all of our beverages.
Rachael provided great service for breakfast in the mornings.
We did have an issue with no bath towels in our room and also a request for a second set of beach towels. All was resolved professionally.
The resort is very nice, but it was off the beaten path. It is probably one of the nicer resorts on Tortola that is really set up for cruise ships and people taking day trips to all the adjacent islands.
I highly recommend this resort.

Excellent cabanas overlooking a nearly private sand beach

Fully Vaccinated Travelers: Procedures for fully vaccinated people upon arrival in the Territory - (1) A person who is fully vaccinated and presents a RT-PCR or approved rapid antigen SARS CoV-2 negative test result taken no later than forty-eight hours before arrival in the Territory and satisfactory evidence of being fully vaccinated shall (a) not be required to be tested for COVID-19 upon arrival into the Territory; and (b) be allowed to move freely within the Territory, subject to adhering to the relevant COVID-19 enactments and protocols in the Territory, including the relevant physical distancing protocols, wearing of masks and sanitization measures. (2) A person who is fully vaccinated and (a) is unable to present the results to enter the Territory within the forty-eight hours' time period, for reasons such as delays and overnight layovers; or (b) is otherwise unable to provide satisfactory evidence of a RT-PCR Test or approved rapid antigen SARS CoV-2 negative test result upon arrival in the Territory, shall be required to undertake a rapid antigen SARS CoV-2 test on the day of arrival in the Territory. Partially Vaccinated Travelers: Procedures for partially vaccinated people upon arrival in the Territory - A person who is partially vaccinated and presents a RT-PCR negative test result taken within five days of arrival in the Territory and provides satisfactory evidence of being partially vaccinated (a) shall be administered a rapid antigen SARS CoV-2 test on arrival into the Territory; and (b) if tested negative shall be allowed to move freely within the Territory, subject to adhering to the relevant COVID[1]19 enactments and protocols in the Territory, including the relevant physical distancing protocols, wearing of masks and sanitization measures. Unvaccinated Travelers: Procedures for unvaccinated people upon arrival in the Territory - A person who is unvaccinated and presents a RT-PCR negative test result taken within five days of arrival in the Territory (a) shall be administered a rapid antigen SARS CoV-2 test on arrival into the Territory; and (b) if tested negative shall be allowed to move freely within the Territory, subject to adhering to the relevant COVID-19 enactments and protocols in the Territory, including the relevant physical distancing protocols, wearing of masks and sanitization measures. Mask Mandate: A person who is over five years old is not required to wear a face mask in outdoor public spaces; (b) a person shall wear a face mask, when in indoor public places and where he or she is within three feet of another person. Please note that insurance is still required for visitors, to cover medical expenses in the event of treatment or hospitalization for COVID-19 and to cover accommodations and related expenses if they have to extend their stay due to quarantine for COVID-19. Test to leave the BVI: - If chosen to take the test on property the cost for a COVID-19 RT-PCR test is USD 200.00 per person, and a Rapid Antigen test is USD150.00 per person. - Alternatively, if the decision is made to have the test administered at the Peebles Hospital, the cost is USD 80.00 – 125.00 per test for the standard COVID-19 Rapid-PCR test respectively. - Rapid antigen testing can now be done at the Terrence B. Lettsome Airport at a cost of $85.00 per person, open from 10:00am – 5:00 pm you can register: https//covidtest.bviaa.com/covidtest. THE RESORT DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE, ANY TAXI ARRANGED IT'S AT A COST.
