Hotel in a great location
Small but clean and comfortable rooms
On the parking lot There is a problem which is that you don't always have the place secured, because we had to park in the second row

To be improved
Bathrooms definitely in need of renovation! To improve the daily cleaning (only towels were changed and given a quick arrangement to the beds).
Great location for sightseeing. Small internal parking available for a fee.

Centrally located hotel, suitable for walking.
Dated yes, but clean.
Small room but report very comfortable mattresses.
Access is done independently as the reception (I think) is manned only in the morning.
Possibility for a fee to use the internal parking and have breakfast.

Central area ,but not really cozy
I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights with my husband and we were annoyed by the noise that all doors made each time a guest closed them, you had to push/pull them twice to close ( the apartment door) and if someone came late of course it was disturbing, because we came to rest in a holiday not to hear every noise from the hotel. Also,the walls are pretty thin, we heard both neighbours speaking in their room as if it was in ours. If you don't have trouble with these mentions, the hotel is in a very central area, close to train station and the main attractions.
Also, we would have apreciated the room/bathroom to be a bit nicer, there are some replacements to be done in the room because the stay was not cheap and we expected more.
Another thing that should be improved is the availability of someone at the reception, we only saw the receptionist in the morning, in the afternoon if you needed anything I belive you had to call to ask for something.But i think its nice to be welcomed by someone at least on the first day, we came and found the key on the desk, we werent't really sure we should take it or not.

Good value for money
Simple hotel but one that I totally recommend. We took a room for 4 (double bed and bunk beds) Enough space. It is a small hotel, where there is usually no receptionist in the afternoon, they give you an entry code to access. In our case we arrived in the afternoon, and with the code we were able to enter, and above the reception desk, there was a key with our name. It couldn't be easier! We parked at the same hotel (notify beforehand) and it costs 15 e per day. The hotel is about 7 minutes walk from the Tower of Pisa, which is perfect. It is also about 15-20 minutes from the Train Station. One of the days, as it was raining, we decided to have breakfast at the hotel (without a reservation, we decided at the same time) and for 5 euros per person, we had a basic but delicious breakfast. If one day I return to Pisa, I will return to this hotel without hesitation.
