Comfortable Stay

Booked this place via airbnb in 2024.A little hidden gem,5 mins walk from termini station,so easy to find.
We had the private suite,overlooking street view.There was a mini sink with fridge,aircon available, large tv,bed was good and a decent size bathroom.
Valentina clean the rooms daily with fresh towels.
Unfortunately didnt get to meet the owner but messages were addressed quickly.
We loved our daily little bottles of wines available complimentary to drink in the afternoon after touring around Rome.
Would definitely return here again as its 20min walk to most tourist attractions.
Lots of restaurants nearby and mini supermarket across from KFC.
Dont miss the Chinese restaurant, cheap food but good.

Roma otelimiz

Hotel is so near to train station almost 50 mtrs, also there is a bus directly to airport at the same station. hotel owner is very concerned,he contact direct to us via WhatsApp before to our travel started. Our room is small but everything you need is inside , small kitchen , kettle , refrigerator … the room are so clean. Owner of the hotel is so kind , he makes us gesture (surprise) putting very nice Champaign (vino)to our room to make us happy

convenient location

The place is small but clean and enough for sleeping. The staff was really helpful and friendly. It is next to the train station, so it will be useful for those who arrive late or leave for the airport. The neighbourhood does not look that safe at night, although nothing happened to us. You are given the keys so you are full responsible for the door.

Small but convenient

We picked this place mainly because of their location. Just around the corner from Rome termini station. Restaurants, cafes, bars and souvenir shops (you name it) are just on your doorstep. Our room though was very very small and didn't have much room to even put our luggages lay flat. But I think its because we picked their small room. I happened to walk pass the room next to ours when its door was open (which was their deluxe or something rather) and it looked a lot more spacious. The owner of the place was very friendly and informative and he even booked us a taxi to the airport. And for the air con, it was the best one we'd had in our entire trip in Italy.

Central and stylish

Spacious and beautiful place, very clean. We really enjoyed our stay. The location is great, just two minutes from the train and bus station. It was quiet even though it is a busy area. The owners were very polite and helpful with directions.
