The food in the restaurant is great and the staff friendly and knowledgeable.

Cons: Hotel staff not very welcoming or overly friendly. All activities (swimming, exercise facilities) are an extra charge! I have never stayed at a hotel where I've had to pay extra for these amenities. There is a restaurant but it is not open for lunch and doesn't open for dinner until 7:30 pm. The outside grounds are in need of care. It could be beautiful, but the plants and shrubs are neglected, in need of trimming and watering. There is absolutely nothing nearby to do, not even a nice neighborhood to take a walk. It is very remote from all the tourist areas in Rome. It is a half-hour cab ride to the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain.
If you are just looking for a relaxing place to rest it would suit your needs. It is very quiet.
I personally would not stay here again.

Lift is a bit old and slow but the room seems renovated recently, looks good and clean.
Only problem is the door lock for the bathroom have been removed and cannot close the bathroom door. They said that is due to security issue.
