Lovely lady.
We met the owner as something broke, could not have been a lovelier lady. All sorted pronto. I am going back, and hopefully will ba able to book the same apartment. It is so close to everything I wanted to see in Rome. Thank you.

Stay away, rather sleep on the street.
Myself and girlfriend travelled around Italy for 2 weeks stayed here the night before our flight home as it was cheap for €50 with great location.
We arrived at about 11 o clock could not find the hotel at all. We walked up and down the street then notice an A4 sheet of paper stuck onto the wall with the name of the hotel written in pen.
Eventually we got in the metal gate after ringing the buzzer for 5min, down a short ally then looked for a lift there was none. We had 2 large suitcases and had to carry them to the 4th floor.
Meet the owner at the door he did seem nice. Walked us to our room opened the door inside we were greeted by the biggest mess I ever seen.. bed was tossed, bin was full and there was a used condom on the bedside locker.
He said the cleaner starts at 12 and room would be ready for 1. Came back room was clean got ready and left.
Came back about 9 pm went to bed and couldn't sleep as somebody was ringing reception all night and kept us awake.
Worst place I ever stayed.. Please do not stay here

Don't stay here
We were greeted by someone who seemed drunk, the whole place smelled of cigarette smoke, as they guy smoked a lot in the corridor. We couldn't sleep as the smell of it came into the room when we were trying to sleep. The bathroom was dirty and mouldy.
We went out in the day and when we came back the guy said he had left the room key in the room, when we unlocked the door he just pushed his way in and started lifting our stuff looking for the key, without our permission!
The guy was rude and argumentative and he gave us the wrong information and said ask for breakfast when you want in the morning and that we could stay till 11.30am. In the morning he said we asked for breakfast too late which why the water for the tea and coffee wasn't warm and that we had to leave by 10.30am. They were not drinkable so we poured it down the sink and left. Breakfast was laughable too. There is carpet of the floor and walls!

HORRIBLE, I can't even rate this!!
The was the worst dump I have ever stayed in! I requested a non-smoking room, but the owner sat right outside our room & smoked non stop! We had to buy air freshener & had to leave the windows open, but it still stunk! Someone went through our bags & went through the clothes in the closet & the drawers! We had to request clean towels but were told that we had to wait until the next day, because they didn't have any! The mini bar had wine bottles that were half full & the water bottle was only 3/4 full. I don't drink wine so they better not charge me! We didn't eat the breakfast because it looked disgusting! STAY AWAY from this place; I wish we had!!

Worst ever
Please dont go near this place. It has to be the worst place I have ever stayed in. We couldnt get in when we arrived - no one there to meet us - gate locked. No answer to phone. When eventually a cleaner let us in we had to ask someone in another room for the codes to get in and out. 62 concrete steps up to our room - how it can call itself a hotel or even an apartment is a joke. Its a room - stuffy and bathroom old and dirty. We saw the owner only once the first evening and he wanted the money upfront but we didnt pay him then. There was a coffee machine in the hallway and he left a roll on a tray for us to help ourselves in the morning. The coffee machine didnt work all the time and the roll was inedible. So there is no point in saying anything else- just dont go there. He does not deserve to have a mention on any hotel website.
