Freezing
The worst thing of the rooms is that they’re extremely cold, close to freezing point. You have to try and get th room warm with the heating (which is the same unit as the air conditioner) but that way you have constant wind blowing into the room, which isn’t pleasant. Also the dining room is extremely cold and you have to keep your jacket on while eating there.
WiFi is okay. There is only one French channel on the television, no other European channels and the tv is functioning poorly.
Rooms are clean. The thing that isn’t very hygienic is that there are real blankets on the bed and because of the cold you do have to use the blankets, otherwise you’ll freeze.
The doors of the rooms are old and broken and have huge holes in them. When you are in the hall you can easily look into the rooms through the wholes in the doors, which doesn’t make you feel very safe.
There is no safe in the room nor a hair dryer. You can borrow a hair dryer from reception.
People at reception are friendly.
Breakfast buffet didn’t offer that much choice. Dinner was okay.

Almost perfect... too bad for this little hitch!
Staff welcoming and smiling on the other hand a young waiter at breakfast lacked professionalism (brusque attitude, uninvolving). This contrasted with the rest of the team, who were very friendly.
We would have definitely given 5 stars without the mishap with the waiter at breakfast.

Not a big deal.
However the rooms are quite old and cheap.
In the evening you can hear the music of the bar inside the rooms and it is difficult to rest. In the morning you hear people's voices.
Wi-Fi does not work in the rooms.
Dinner and breakfast okay, no big deal.

Hotel to renovate
The rooms are still large and air-conditioned.
No WiFi in the rooms.
The staff is pleasant and available.
The central bar sells alcohol but is also a source of noise, just like the street and the club exit in the same hotel.
Breakfast and dinner are of poor quality.
