Excellent location, very comfortable rooms, excellent pool, mixology area make you want, has good view of the river to take excellent photos, in the restaurant you can not miss breakfast with traditional food

Not good

The hotel site is nice, just outside palenque . Rooms are sparse , bad bathroom, had to ask for towels , breakfast a mess with big lines , room extremely noisy (the upstairs room sounded like they were moving stuff ) I would not return and would not recommend it .

A great night

The stay was the best, I would come back again. The surroundings, the food, the room, certainly meets everything you wanted from a room in tourist area, besides its location, it is a familiar place, cozy and that you can enjoy on different occasions.

Nice but very unsafe hotel

The bell boy lowers the air on the tires of the cars and warns you that you got a tire and q if they talk to the talachero. I had it aired to one of the tires of my car, on my way to the reception to check out 3 bell boy qm found on the way they told me that my car had a flat tire, everyone knew what my car was, the weird thing is that I arrived at 12 at night there was no one in the area, I only stayed that night, I refused to call the talachero myself changed the tire to the refectory and refused to qm help the bell boy, but when taking the tire to the tire it turns out that the tire had absolutely nothing, they had only lowered the air. My tire was in excellent condition it hadn't been rolled without air or anything, the air was pulled out while parked there. Too bad for the hotel because it is a nice hotel but with that insecurity I would not stay a single night.

Beautiful and quiet location with delicious included american breakfast (especially the huevos rancheros). Friendly staff, nice pool, nice river, plenty of wild animals. Well worth the price.
The only downside is the bar : the staff was not friendly and there was no wifi in this area.
