Check in was easy. Desk clerk was friendly. Our room was freezing. We could not get warm. Breakfast was supposed to start at 6 but nothing hot was ready before 6:30. We had an early tour and missed a hot meal.

Cusco trip

This hotel is centrally located and provides access to many areas by foot.. the wifi is good and has cable tv.. it also provides traditional breakfast that includes bread, fruit, juice, coffee. The staff is nice and they do try to accommodate ur needs, however the hotel structure is a problem the walls are too thin and the hotel is just too noisy at night... the sink was leaking, the phone was not working and it does not have fan or air conditioning.. I will say that for the price the place is not bad,, but I would recommend to spend a little more and get a better hotel with softer beds and a more quiet surrounding.. believe me getting a good night sleep does make a difference.

Extremely noisy, uncomfortable beds

Our Peruvian friends hooked us up with this hotel, we paid 40 soles per night, per person, for two rooms each with two single beds. The rooms all face an atrium and the doors are paper thin. So throughout the night, you can hear other guests, the phone ringing at the reception, people showering (because the bathrooms also have windows that face the atrium), toilets flushing, construction outside, the blender in the kitchen downstairs, etc. Basically, it's very noisy. The curtains in the room are very thin, and they let in the first light at 5am. The beds are rock hard. The shower in our room was slow to drain. The room was clean, had satellite tv, and each floor had its own wifi access point. The free breakfast was traditional bread with butter or jelly, coffee, teas, and homemade juices. I think we would have been better off at a hostel. They charge a fee if you use a credit card.

Lo necesario para dormir y ducharse, TIENE ELEVADOR, acceso a calle vehicular para que los tours te recojan frente al hotel. La atención por medio de WhatsApp al número del hotel rápida y fluida

Incómoda

Las habitaciones muy limpias y cómodas.
El desayuno era bueno pero deberían variar porque todos los días es lo mismo.
Un día al llegar nos insinuaron sin pruebas haber entrado a otra habitación a cocinar
Quedamos en sorprendidos nos hicieron pasar un mal rato para luego dar disculpas. Deberían tener más cuidado en eso.
