Nice well equipped hotel
Nice hotel for my business trip. Bedrooms are clean and well equipped, the breakfast was nice and well laid out .Service everywhere was professional and friendly.
Its a definite taxi ride from the town centre and tourist areas so you need to bear that in mind if on a tourist trip

Sadly, I am forced to post this review since the hotel staff never got back to me to clarify why my room was in shambles.
So let's start off with the good. The hotel is located in a quiet, relatively close to the center area. The staff were kind, especially the restaurant/ bar folks. It was the second day of Christmas, and they were super helpful and sweet. The standard room beds were comfy, and the decor did not look tired.
If traveling by car, make sure that you are aware of the parking fee (not much street parking near the hotel).
Sadly, that's all the nice things I can say.
The bad: we were greeted by a wood screw hidden in the carpet. Luckily, it only punctured a hole in my slippers, not my foot.
The shower riser rail made an awful clunk falling down after I took a shower. All I can say is, luckily, it didn't break the glass (sarcastically guess maintenance had the year off).
The last one really is the worst and really boils the blood in my veins. The towel had some brown skid mark looking streak ( i will leave you to your own conclusions, dear reader, but one can't help and let their mind run wild... bathroom toilet towel.... All I said is thank God I opened up my towel before taking a shower!
Seriously sad that the checkin staff told me the shift manager at first wasn't in (later, when I was in a hurry to check out somehow they could be summoned) but they will get back to me after I send them my email and phone#.
Lesson learnt, you try to be cordial kind and you get ignored. I should have called The State Sanitary Inspectorate to investigate the brown stuff on the towel.

The room was lovely and exactly like the picture. The only downside of this hotel is that it is a bit far from town and a bit complicated to get to on foot. However, overall, I would definitely recommend.

How to destroy a XMAS eve
A good start, like last time, with clean and nice rooms. Unfortunately, the bathroom light was broken and not fixed after one night (was this reported to hotel maintenance by the cleaning team?). The area around the bathtub was quite calcified – very unappealing when trying to relax in the tub with water regulation above.
Breakfast was flawless and as always, excellent. The first à la carte dinner was superb and delicate. However, the second dinner, the Xmas menu, was a letdown. It was served cold and not kept warm properly. Additionally, the requirement to pay before eating, with no option to charge to the room, was a hassle. I was told it would appear on the final bill, but that information was wrong. Despite two complaints to reception and the promise of an email response, I received nothing. The empty sheet of paper from the restaurant was unhelpful. While the reception staff tried, the Christmas dinner restaurant team seemed unorganized. Only one waiter worked hard, constantly moving around and doing his best; the others were busy overcharging and never once asked if we wanted wine. Instead, only water and juices were offered at the buffet. Merry Christmas... disappointing. This will likely be my last stay at a Hilton Hotel Group property in Poland.

Something is missing
Modern but without style , small rooms , no executive lounge available anymore . Friendly staff but unfortunately not trying to solve problems . We checked out early , as the rooms did not fit , bar is also very sterile , it is missing as I said something ...
