Poor nights sleep
As a consequence I had a very hot sweaty restless night of poor sleep.
Not happy with this policy. Plainly my room was kept hot by residual heat in the building and I could not get it cool to sleep comfortably. I am of the opinion that the hotel should be prioritising the comfort of its guests over the increase in profit made by reducing their fuel bill

We would like to thank you for your feedback and for the time you have found to help us to improve! We are quite sad to hear that your experience at Moov Hotel Évora wasn't the best and didn't go according to what we want our guests to experience.
In our units we do not provide air conditioning system, but in fact a climatisation system that has 2 different modes and is programmed according to the time of the year. We feel sorry if this caused you any inconvenience but it is the system used in all Moov.
Hope to have the pleasure of hosting you once again soon in this Moov or in any other unit in Portugal or in Brazil!

Gracias por su reciente estancia con nosotros y la atención mostrada por dejarnos un comentario. Todas las opiniones son importantes para nosotros porque sólo entonces seremos capaces de mejorar el servicio que pretendemos que sea muy bueno.
Espero que entienda que en este tipo de hotel presupuesto hay una optimización de lo que creemos que es esencial para una estancia práctica, la prioridad no es el tamaño de la habitación, cuando se trata de una estadia corta, sino la calidad de la habitación.
Nuestro sistema de climatizacion tiene dos modos y se programa según la época del año. Para mantener la habitación confortable recomendamos mantener la temperatura entre 18º y 23º.
Desafortunadamente, hubo algunos días con temperaturas muy diferentes y fue difícil acertar con el sistema de ventilación. Sin embargo, ahora funciona con normalidad. En esta situación concreta, creemos que la manta extra solucionaría las situacion.
Lamentamos que esta situación le haya causado molestias durante su estancia.
