Perfect few days away.
Comfortable bed good quality bed linen.
Bathroom was immaculately clean.
Bins emptied and tea tray replenished daily.
The lodge is situated on a busy road but we had no problem with road noise.
20 minute walk into the city centre, £2 bus ride (stop within 100yards) £6.50 taxi ride.
Close to Hoole shops which has a selection of cafes, shops and bars.

Dirty cups , broken shower general room not clean
Dirty cups .very dirty mirror ,used dirty toiletries left. lamp switch and shower pull dirty.
No tea bags provided
Shower pressure very weak and shower head broken basic housekeeping not up to standard .
Bed comfy but not worth the price of room .Told hosts at the kilmorey but not resolved

Saw the owner once
Room was fine but nothing worse than a weak shower and the sink took an age to empty, really frustrating. Not like you can have a word at reception, there isn't one.
