Fantastic. Ideal location to walk everywhere & free private parking too!
Daniel, the manager is brilliant, efficient and welcoming and so are the staff. Daniel managed to get us an extra room for our parents to stay here too. We stayed in a lovely family en-suite room with 3 beds. I think all the rooms are en-suite, even the single rooms. It’s a lovely beautiful family run B&B in a big house. En-suite bathrooms, with big fluffy towels. Delicious cooked breakfasts. Ideal check in at 1pm (most places don’t let you check in until 4pm) and check out at 11am. We were even allowed to leave our car there for the day once we had checked out, to make the most of the day.
There are lots of places to eat in the evenings and great to be able to walk back to Raffles afterwards. It is very popular so book early if you can (especially for the start of Uni or for Graduations) as in my opinion it’s the best place to stay in Exeter.

very inviting stay
Ideal size rooms with included shower etc.
Well done to all the staff and see you next year on the Lets Rock 80's.
