Great Restaurant

Great restaurant. We went for lunch, the food is beautiful, I had the indian menu and they had the italian menu. The restaurant has lovely decorated and the service was good. I've also had a takeaway and it was excellent. Would highly recommend to try.

Ok stay good location

Ok room, we weee in the 3rd flood like other was stairs outside the building if anything happened the lifts we so small and very slow which I didn’t like much. Not use to having no one on reception but that how the hotel is run is was an ok stay. Plenty of amenities if you needed some at reception

AWFUL BEHAVIOUR

Very rude lady working on reception think she needs to do something she enjoyes maybe get out a bit more and enjoy life !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst stay ever

The bathroom was so small that a larger person would get stuck on the toilet. Not very clean and if you opened the window your room smelt of food and the noise of the extractor fan was loud up until 10pm. 1 toilet roll given and on the 2nd day nothing replenished or cleaned. This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in.

AVOID RUDE STAFF

AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!
arrived Friday for a 3 night stay upon arrival the rudest women I ever came across on reception hadn't even got the right rooms or name for my booking extremely unprofessional and rude attitude!!
Be aware that if your making a booking via the hotel itself you will get no confirmation theres also no contact number that you can get through to as my sister booked rooms also and couldn't cancel because of this issue! So on her arrival the evening she was verbally abused by the woman in charge and told myself and my mother to leave the hotel even though we had a separate booking and tried to throw us out on the street in the middle of nowhere,the man behind the desk was pointing fingers in her face they grabbed keys out of my sisters child hand all because of a fault with there booking system absolutely disgusting behaviour, another man came over at this point and told my sister if she payed 30 pounds for there mistake ... We can stay but we have 5 minutes to make our minds up ....we have never felt so unwelcome the length of time we were staying the attitude and treatment in a different country ruined the 3 day stay. Upon check out the same rude women running the place locked us out of the lobby were we had to leave via a fire exit .The family running this hotel need to do some customer service training felt like discrimination at its finest.
Lucky enough we will never be returning to this hotel but we were attending a funeral for family in a local town nearby we sure made sure the locals knew about this treatment and also will be going further about this .only positive thing about this place is the old gent sitting in the lobby was friendly to us and gave us a hello every-day that's the reason for one star .
