At Holiday Inn High Wycombe, we strive to provide exceptional service and comfort to all our guests, and we regret that we fell short during your visit.
Please note that parking at the hotel is indeed managed by 3rd party company and is chargeable, As you may appreciate, there is a cost involved managing and looking after the parking, we do not advertise as free parking anywhere. So you calling it a scam we find your comment to be extremely unfair.
Nevertheless, we take your feedback very seriously and have shared them with our team to address the issues you raised. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve and ensure that future guests have a more positive experience.
