Hilton Parklane - Excellent Trip
The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the dining options offered were of the highest quality, featuring a great array of dishes. The bedroom deserves a special mention—beautifully furnished and exceedingly comfortable, particularly the bed, which ensured a great night's sleep. Additionally, the gym was well-equipped and maintained, providing a great workout experience. The Executive Lounge itself was a highlight, offering a perfect blend of luxury and exclusivity.
Overall, my visit to the Hilton Parklane was outstanding, and I eagerly look forward to returning in the future...

Wonderful hotel and great service
We stayed twice in February, both times in an Executive Mayfair suite.
Being on a higher floor, the views are incredible. It was ideal for my husband, daughter and I to enjoy a lounge area and then for our daughter to sleep on the sofa bed at night.
Access to the Executive lounge comes with the room and it is very chilled. I particularly like that the lounge is catered for thoughtfully. There is little waste but plenty of choice.
Stan greeted us like old friends. What a lovely guy and made our stay very special.
The lounge never feels over crowded (other executive lounges have been a bit over bearing but the Hilton Park Lane just hits the mark!)
The location of the hotel is wonderful. John at concierge helped me find a hairdresser for my daughter and I and even provided sellotape to wrap up my son's birthday present - lots of lovely chat about how his mum used to knit for him too!
Just truly lovely people, great setting and fab hotel. Can't recommend it enough.

Beautiful view and location, hard to contact staff
Very nice gesture on their end, the only thing I'm not clear about is how to contact them when they contacted me from a noreply email and no one is copied in the email despite him saying there are.
So I'm posting this hoping to get a reply from someone at the hotel who can provide me the respective emails.
(Also giving me a "maximum" of 3 days without including July, August, or December is whack. I've spent over $10K-$20K staying at the hotel so if they're gonna limit the amount of days the might as well make the offer valid in peak season. Or if it's gonna be off-season then at least make it longer like 5 days at least lol.)
