- breakfast was lush, and had a variety.
- we had an accessible room.. i believe that this room has been slightly neglected. The room was very big and the bed was the perfect height however there were slight issues with the bedroom.
- bed was super soft.
- had all the essentials I.e coffee & tea, fresh towels and room was clean on arrival.
- free refreshment as we didn’t need our room cleaning.
-the bathroom was very run down. And needed update.

Memorable
Room - room was good and big it was amazing experience every facility was there . Bed was so comfortable.
Food and Beverage - staff was nice and welcoming if i am talking about breakfast it was good and fresh but not happy with coffee machine it was not working properly. Otherwise everything was good
Front Office - Athulya checked me in she was polite and helpful. Other front office staff also welcoming and nice.
On the check out day at 8:00 in the morning someone open my door without knocking and said sorry same thing happened 5 times before 12:00 before checking out . I even text on reception what’s aap but no response i even call to the reception but no response. Otherwise it was smooth and pleasant stay

The experience was a bit disappointing except for the hotel staff
The hotel staff seemed helpful especially at breakfast. Alfahad assisted us with what we needed along with his colleagues who were all eager to assist.
Even at front desk the staff was helpful except for the issue with the parking entry and exit issue which they did not know how to solve I guess.

Almost Excellent
The hotel itself is very good, surprisingly quiet and well-appointed.
The one major criticism is that the self- service breakfast has only one coffee machine which broke down. Fortunately one of the staff (Ana Maria) took it on herself to provide coffees from elsewhere to a few lucky individuals, while the other staff tried unsuccessfully to fix the machine and eventually brought flasks of filter coffee and hot chocolate to the thirsty masses.
Would use again - provided the DLR was running.
