Will Stay Again
There's space to tuck suitcases away under the end of the bed and end tables and closet space for clothes. The kitchenette has everything we needed and was cleverly tucked away in a tall closet. The motion-sensing light has a short timer, which makes for a good amount of arm flailing while you figure out the coffee maker in the morning :D
We needed a quiet place because my husband is a very light sleeper, and we were worried we couldn't find that in central London. There was construction going on a few doors down, and we had no idea until we walked outside. We were so surprised! You can hear the neighbors on the floor above, but I expect this and don't think it's very avoidable when the poor person is nervously pacing for hours before bed.
One tricky thing is the panel for the do not disturb and housekeeping options (at least for room 402, we didn't check with staff because we figured it out and it was really nice they cleaned, but we were embarrassed we left it such a mess). There are two panels, one inside where you set the options, and one outside for housekeeping to read. However you set it inside your room, it displays the opposite outside for housekeeping. But housekeeping even folded my clothes!
The shower head is amaaaaaaziiiiiing! It's really wide, has strong water pressure, and is as hot as you like it! There were two liquid soap dispensers---one for body and one for hair, so bring conditioner if you're into that.
The hotel is on a pretty quiet street in a nice area. It's a short walk to Kensington Palace Gardens. Two streets west is a great street for having an easy morning and some breakfast. There's a tube station there, but there are others close to the hotel so it's easy to hop on. There's a Shell gas station on the corner one or two streets over for late-night snacks.
I couldn't find the info anywhere, so I called them the day we arrived, and there is someone at the front desk 24-hours a day, so you can check in any time after 3pm. When I called, they were careful to take a note about when we thought we would arrive, which I thought was kind. We came later than expected, tired, and wet, and we were greeted warmly by the woman at the front desk. The staff were all nice! The check in process was swift and quick, and check out was even more so!

Clean, modern, budget hotel close to Metro station, grocery shops and cafe/restaurants. Tiny room. 100% recommended.
Friendly service at checking.
Only 2 minutes away from the Bayswater and Queensway stations.
Halt to recommend for a short stay.
Our 3-bed room was very small, but I think that is expected in most London city hotels…

Not my choice next time
The staff was service-minded and accommodating.
The rooms are small, and unfortunately, we experienced several cockroaches in our room. On the third night, we were moved to a new room due to pest control.
While the first room was small, the new one was even smaller, and on top of that, there was a significant noise issue.
It was only the friendly staff that made us stay for the entire duration of our stay.
No compensation was given or requested. Perhaps the hotel should have offered it on their own.
