Excellent service, convenient location.
We thought we had booked via the app but something timed out. We arrived late at night, after a long drive and he expertly sorted us out.
The room was comfortable, clean and well appointed.

Good Hotel, Great service recovery
Reception staff were very welcoming and I was delighted to find that as a Gold Honors member not only was I recognised and welcomed as such, but car parking was complimentary during our stay. A very nice touch and one that other hotels could do well to emulate.
I had requested an upgrade to a mini suite, and this was arranged some days before arriving. Literally a few steps from reception, it. Was the most convenient room we have had in a very long time.
The mini suite had had ample space with a large sitting & dining area, a very well appointed bathrooms with a tub, and a large (if a little firm) bed.
Breakfast was served in the restaurant and was buffet style. There was a wide selection of hot and cold items, all at their prime.
We had a few minor issues in the room, mainly replenishment of supplies. I spoke to McKanzie and Chris who immediately apologised profusely and made a very acceptable goodwill gesture. This is one of the Most efficient and sincere examples of service recovery I had seen.
Well done to all the team, and we hope to return when we are next in the area.
