A great stay in a wonderful hotel and spa. Bonus!
It was our 29th wedding anniversary and we decided to come away at the last minute.
We were instantly impressed with the welcome from the receptionist. Our room was just about ready, 2 hours early, which was great.
We enjoyed a light lunch whilst overlooking the bay on a glorious early spring day and then changing into our robes for an hour in the spa.
As you have to book in, it wasn't overly busy so all the facilities could be accessed. We returned to our room, all relaxed, and could easily have had a nap, but we soldiered in and went for a walk before enjoying a pre dinner drink.
The bar team were young and good at their jobs. The menu wasn't that extensive, but I chose a steak and peppercorn sauce, which was cooked just how I like it..My.hunby had a burger. He enjoyed that.
We then took our bottle of wine and enjoyed the rest of the evening before sleeping so well.
Woke up to another beautiful day. Enjoyed the fabulous breakfast buffet before setting off for a walk and home
We will be back but for two nights next time.

Wonderful experience from start to finish, had an amazing time
Room clean and comfortable

fabulous afternoon in the spa - highly recommend Martha and Katy!
The spa facilities are lovely and very well maintained and very clean - we used the pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room and the wonderful heated stone beds!
The treatments we had were amazing. I had a facial with Katy, which included a fabulous head massage.
My partner had a full body massage with Martha - he was so happy as she managed to work out all the knots in his back and shoulders - would highly recommend her.
We had a drink at the bar afterwards - drinks rrasdonably priced and the lounge are was lovely.
Ready to book again....................
