Our first room was far too hot and with no outside window to open and cool it down it was unbearably hot at night, but on our third night there's was water dripping on to what sounded like tin on our bedroom ceiling all night. When I brought it to the receptions attention they moved us, but we got the distinct impression that this problem wasn't a surprise to them.
The restaurant wasn't open for anything other than breakfast, which was OK, but nothing special.
The bar opened from 3pm until 8pm, so you couldn't get a nightcap when you returned in the evening.
There was quite a lot of dust about and our friends room had chewing gum stuck to the bedside table light.
The Spa was closed for refurbishment, but I noticed it closed last August, so that's nearly 8 months. So it has really slow builders involved or it's not getting done.
Overall it was OK'ish, but I think we'd look for somewhere else if we went back.
The best part is that it is a fantastic location.

Lacking compassion & integrity
The hotel were very poor, fobbed me
off into Hotels.com and refused to honour our booking to another date or even consider a refund.
They are now completely ignoring me which is very rude.
Very poor experience by this hotel!
Hotels.com were not much better!
Untrustworthy and lacking compassion.

We are very sorry to receive a negative review even though you have not had the chance to use any of our services. To once again explain the situation. You made a reservation with non-refundable conditions, meaning it is not possible to cancel this reservation free of charge. When making a reservation, there is always the option to select a refundable rate, which you did not choose. Additionally, the reservation was made through Hotels.com, not directly with the hotel. While we understand that this is an unfortunate situation, the hotel must adhere to its strict guidelines in order to maintain fairness and consistency for all guests. Any exceptions to these rules can only be considered for direct bookings made with the hotel.
I hope you understand that we must follow these policies, and regretfully, we are unable to accommodate this request. We would gladly provide any documents to claim travel insurance. We have reached out to the booking channel you used to process the refund on their behalf, as you did not utilize any services at the hotel. Despite this, they have placed the responsibility on us, and we are still awaiting a response from them.
We only have the email connected to the messaging system fo the booking channel where we have replied to you many times, it is not true that we are ignoring you. Our phone lines and email is available for anyone to contact us directly and we will gladly keep the conversation going.
We sincerely apologize that we were unable to resolve this issue to your satisfaction, and we hope you'll have the opportunity to visit us in the future.

The hotel basically fobbed me off, made no effort to show flexibility to support our booking, nor showed any intent to understand circumstances that were out with our control.
Very very poor.

Unfortunately there is not much we can do for you after you check out.
Regarding the parking, we understand your concern. The garage is not managed by the hotel, and the pricing reflects the luctrative location in the Old Town. This information is provided ahead of booking, however if it is too expensive for you we would happily provide cheaper parking alternatives outside the city center.
