There were power trips every morning and I had to switch on the power several times.

The apartment was centrally located to Sagrada de la Familia, clean, fully equipped with good beds, kitchen items, linen, etc.
Only comment was that the front bedroom should have thicker drapes.

The communications we received we above and beyond what I'd expected and transport to the apartment was arranged by the apartments. This was also on time and reasonably priced.
Once inside the apartments I was impressed at the cleanliness and comfort of the sofa and beds. I slept really well as did my 2 friends.
It is the kind of place you can go with friends for a chilled out weekend or with a SO or even family due to the noise restrictions they ask guests to adhere to between 10pm and 7am.
Highly recommended and I would return.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests don't receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. The check-in procedure will take place at the office located in the same building. Opening hours are: 9:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday. If you expect to arrive after 18:00 or at the weekend, you will need to use the self check-in machine which you will find inside the building. The property will contact you with further details and access codes. The credit card used when booking must be in the guest's name. In the case of pre-paid reservations, the property provides detailed payment instructions, which may include a link to a secure payment platform. Please note that there is no daily cleaning service. Bed sheets are provided but not changed during the stay. A pick-up service from Barcelona Airport is available upon prior request and for a surcharge. Please note that parties are not allowed. Please note that pets are not allowed. Hot water is limited by the capacity of the electric water heater (70-125 liters depending on the apartment). It takes 45 minutes to fill completely.
