Exquisite place

I am much travelled and eighty years old, and this is just about the most attractive and beautiful place I have ever stayed in. Lovely, spacious rooms, decorated with exquisite taste, and the public area is equally elegant. Price reasonable. Location is excellent, I did not take breakfast. No en suite bathroom only a minor inconvenience -- there are three for seven rooms. Never a problem. I cannot recommend this place too highly.

VERY GOOD PLACE

Excellent experience. Very comfortable and quiet place. Super helpful reception staff. It is located 3 blocks from Plaza Catalunya. There's transportation everywhere. We stayed in a room with kitchinet, super recommended because you could buy food and eat it in the room or in the lobby. It has a supermarket less than 40 meters.

Total disappointment

I stayed with my family in the suite, I asked for two double beds, I found myself with a sofa bed that was curved due to how old it was, the other bed was very uncomfortable, a heater was needed to heat the bathroom, for the rest there was a small air conditioner that didn't heat well , bathroom with a used roll and one on the toilet, dirty bathroom, hair still on the white tiles, bedside tables with stains of glasses, in short, a total disappointment, the only thing that can really be valued the most is its location.

Not nice

I was unable to stay in the room we had booked as the strong smell of cleaning fluid and also sheets had a smell (conditioner?) that made me feel ill. My partner didn't seem to mind but personally for me wasted my money as was forced to find somewhere else to stay after paying fashion house:(

A great place to stay in Barcelona

This was a perfect place for us to stay on our first trip to Barcelona. The staff is multilingual and so helpful. The hostel is beautifully decorated with a lovely outside terrace. The common area is a delight and breakfast was either there or you could eat on the terrace. It is very comfortable and very quiet and very clean. And the location is fantastic. A metro and buses are very close and it is walkable to many parts of the city.. We stayed in the suite which was nice to have for a week long visit … it felt like home. We would return here in an instant!
