Great apartment

Very very satisfied with our accommodation at the turtle feelathome del Mar.

CON ARTISTS - DO NOT TRUST

CON ARTISTS!! I requested to extend my stay by one night, but they never communicated to me that this was possible until the day I arrived, at which point I had already made alternative arrangements. Yet they have still charged me and a refusing to refund the extra night. Awful Experience, Con artists, terrible customer service. DO NOT TRUST!

A nightmare

The apartment was internal, dark, and the wi fi was cut all the time. There is also a construction site on the upper floor. Impossible to live there with all day noises. We asked for a change of place, but they never gave us a solution.

Large apartment in excellent area

It is an entire building divided into apartments, check-in is autonomous, using access codes, but the reception is still present during certain time slots. Our apartment, on the 4th floor with elevator, was huge and equipped with all appliances and a terrace.
The area is equipped with bars and places to eat and is a few steps from the subway and a few hundred meters from Plaza de España.
If I really have to find some flaw, some stains on the bed linen, and the 5 pillows on each bed, for my habits, were too high, there should be an alternative.

Elevator broken, trash on dark stairwell, dirty linens

Elevator out of service for 4 days of our stay. Had to walk 4 flights of stairs up & down in the dark with garbage bags blocking the narrow path on the landings. This organization does not put guests first, or they would have dealt with the elevator, dark stairwells, and garbage bags without making excuses or blaming others. Dirty linens on pull- out couch and spare blanket in closet also Dirty and had offensive odor. I had to wash Dirty dishes prior to using because they were put away in the cupboards Dirty. Very poor housekeeping at this location!
