These modern apartments are in the centre of Cáceres, a World Heritage City. They are 40 metres from the Plaza Mayor, and 150 metres from the Medieval Old Town. Each air-conditioned apartment has modern décor with parquet floors.

Modern apartments in a historical setting

We found these while on our way to Caceres. We were looking for parking and something near the old town. urns out there are a lot of options but we were very pleased with our choice. Pretty much all the parking is a few blocks away but easy to access and there are escalators to help with the steeper part of the trek to the hotel. the hotel has everything you need for a pleasant stay. There are good restaurantes with in a few meters of the front door. Or there are grocery stores with in a short walk if you want to eat in the room. The desk people are very helpful and it is only a couple of streets away from the old town and some wonderful plazas.

Great location, spacious rooms and friendly service

Just a few steps from the plaza Mayor and located in a car-free street, this is a great place to stay for exploring the old town of Cáceres. I was contacted before arriving, and as a result our room was already ready when we arrived, well before the check-in time. The bedroom, bathroom and living/kitchen area are spacious and very clean. However, if you want to make coffee you need to bring your own, and there is no kettle. There is no breakfast served in the building, however, there are many places nearby serving great breakfasts. Great price for the quality you get.

5 star stay at a great price

We stayed in a two-level apartment, decorated nicely. The lower level had a kitchenette and a place to sleep 2-3, with a bathroom. Upstairs there was another room to sleep two, another bathroom and a slider door to the terrace which had a beautiful view of the Casco Antiguo. We had a stellar stay. The staff was super friendly, and very helpful. We will always stay here when we return to Cáceres.

Une adresse très pratique

Les appartements Baluart sont très bien situés, tout proche de la grande place, à 5mn à pied du stationnement Obispo Galarza, on peut tout visiter à pied. Bien entendu, en contrepartie, le soir c’est un peu bruyant mais cela ne nous a pas empêchés de très bien dormir. L’appartement est bien équipé, le lit est confortable, belle salle de bain avec douche à l’italienne et petite cuisine. Personnel aimable présent à la réception, bonne communication par SMS pour l’arrivée. Bon rapport qualité-prix.

IDEAL PARA CONOCER LO MÁS BONITO DE LA CIUDAD.

Céntrico, centriquísimo. Tiene una recepción en donde te dan las tarjetas que está en el primer piso. La puerta de abajo, así como la del apartamento, se abre con esa tarjeta.
El apartamento que nos tocó a nosotros era muy amplio, estupendamente limpio, con muy buen olor al entrar y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días.
La cocina (no muy grande) con pequeña nevera, microondas, tostadora, cafetera, un set de limpieza, mesa y dos sillas y dos butacas.
La cama muy amplia y cómoda con un par de almohadas (también muy cómodas).
En la habitación hay dos radiadores así como un aire acondicionado
El baño amplio y con una ducha muy grande. Tiene dosificador de gel y de jabón de manos). La ducha es de teléfono y luego otra en el techo. Buena presión de agua y dentro de el baño tienes un radiador que es calentador de toallas.
El wifi funciona estupendamente.
Debajo del apartamento hay bares para tomarte algo y a 100 metros está la plaza mayor.
El único inconveniente que nosotros vimos, es que al estar en pleno casco antiguo, tienes que ir con las maletas desde donde dejes el coche aparcado (aunque ya lo sabíamos).
Muy bien de precio. Repetiriamos.
